NEW OWNERS & STAFF
We recently have undergone some HUGE changes with our staff and structure. Some people will already know our story, however its been an eventful ride and we have finally remove our original owners who were only interested in skidding scripts. Our team are focused on learning and finding way to enhance there skill sets to allow us to offer the best new products to our community.
During 2022 we had to try and replace our owners whilst rebuilding a completely new structure to allow us to operate once more, meanwhile still offering updates as per our original contract. It has been an insane 2-3 years for the main sole of the 5M team. But we are finally settled and everything has been resolved. One of our original developers Gh0st has taken over and also dedicated himself to enhancing his and his teams skills! This shows simply by looking at our YouTube. Since our new team took over a couple of months ago, we have been able to product lots of new things for our community, whilst being able to continue our normal daily duties.
CUSTOMER CARE
Our Fivem modifications and servers are exclusively created by our team. We do not support the use of leaked products nor do we permit users to resell or share our products. Our products and work are protected under DMCA laws, and we collaborate with third-party entities to pursue legal action against anyone who attempts to resell our products or compromise our business reputation.
Please understand we cannot offer you support unless you are a dedicated support customer. Our team is quite small and our time is managed in a way to ensure we can assist all customers and continue our daily duties. We advise customers to be confident on using the FiveM platform prior to ordering a script. As we will not offer setup advice to standard orders.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
When you order we ensure you details are kept safe, we will not release your personal information & understand and operate within GDPR legislations.
We allow Fivem developers to sell via our store, if for any reason you wish to have your script or item removed from our store. Feel free to email us and we shall remove it immediately. Order proceeds go to the developers in questions for orders.
In an event of a dispute or un-lawful chargeback, we may release your details to local government agencies or third parties to ensure our funds and time have not been lost.

Orders can normally take a few minutes to complete, however if we are offline or sleeping then please expect a delay of a few hours. Most scripts are instant download but for our premium orders like Housing, Servers we require you to agree via email to a contract, this is to protect us from chargebacks and disputes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Due to our items being digital we cannot offer refunds after the items have been sent. We ensure our products are in full working order and can be tested in one of our many online test servers. When you order from our online store you acknowledge these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or doubts about a script or product then please feel free to contact us prior to ordering to ensure peace of mind. After your purchase we will not assist with installation or setup, this is not a service we provide or advertise to offer.
We understand sometimes scripting and adding new items to your online server can be challenging. Most Fivem scripts will require a database SQL file to be imported in order to create the required tables for these scripts to work. If you are unsure or new to Fivem, we highly recommend delaying your order until a future time. As the Fivem developers associated with 5M will not be able to assist you with your setup requirements.
CANCEL AN ORDER
Only items which are not instant download such as servers or curtain scripts offer the option for the order to be cancelled. All server orders will be sent an email contract prior to us releasing the files. This email will require you to confirm to our no refund policy due to our items being digital. If however after you have received the policy you wish to decline, we will happily cancel and refund your order.
